Summer Band for July 27th – July 28th 

The Rehearsal Schedule for July 27 through July 28th will be 7 AM – 10 AM.  Students will need to make sure they have a water bottle and instrument tomorrow.  If you do not have a band water bottle please bring your own.  Students will not be allowed to remain outside without a water bottle.  A 16 oz. plastic bottle will not be enough to sustain your health outside.  Half gallon or larger is required.


We encourage students to have a good breakfast that includes protein.  Please stay away from dairy products.  Bring a snack if needed to sustain yourself to 11 AM outside.

 

Please make sure you have sun screen, sunglasses and a hat.

Uniform Measuring and Fitting Times/Schedule

Thursday-July 27th:  MEASURING/SIZING/ORDERING  

10:00 AM to 1:30 PM (right after practice)  -  ALL STUDENTS

Students who drive should get lunch and return after lunch.

 

10:00 Freshman (right after practice)

11:00 Soph, Jr and Seniors

 

It is important that all returning students check your shoes to make sure they still fit.  DON’T ASSUME THEY DO!!  Also check to make sure they are in good condition.  We will also need to know if returning students will need a garment bag, rain poncho and water bottle. 

 

All students will need to know their shoe size to order shoes.

Summer Band for July 31st through August 11th

The Rehearsal Schedule for July 31 through August 4 will be 7 AM – 11 AM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM.

 

Summer Band for August 14th through August 18th

The rehearsal schedule for August 14th through the 18th will be from 4:00-7:30 PM.

Please make sure your band member is drinking lots of water before they come to practice on these days.  The practice on August 17 will be followed by the Parent Performance at 6:45 PM (updated).
